The hotel offers a cozy stay with a huge comfy bed and fantastic shower, yet the room decor is somewhat outdated. The cleanliness and attention to detail, like chocolates and curtain drawing, were impressive. The duplex style living adds a unique touch to the experience.
The hotel has beautiful views and provides nightly turn-down service with chocolates, ensuring a comfortable and clean stay. However, some service incidents and a bit inconvenient location with traffic to central Marbella could impact the overall experience.
I had a unique experience at the hotel, as our room facing the garbage facility was exceptional, giving us generous and spacious accommodation that felt more like an apartment on 3 levels. However, it was a bit noisy in the morning due to overlooking the waiters' area where pots were stacked.
The hotel is set within a stunning urbanization offering a luxurious 5-star experience with beautiful surroundings. The rooms are spacious and lovely, though some areas need refurbishing. The service is top-notch with a caring and attentive staff. Dining options are varied and delicious, making it a great choice for a return visit.
